My guess would be the creditors may already be working back channels to ID buyers of the IP. My guess is also that they are not interested in anything more than their 21M or whatever it is that RCPI owes (undoubtedly, there are other debts besides the main creditors that make up the 21M). If it is worth considerably more than that, you need a salesman to ID a buyer or consortium of buyers (er maybe Jonnie Williams?) or a someone with big bucks to make a bid (don't know how much money J Williams has now)...that's the only way any of us see any far flung chance of making a nickle.
