Wow!! That is HUGE NEWS!!! I've been asking this for weeks and this is the answer i was hoping!! Instead of diluting the stock through a toxic equity financing deal he's raising money through a private placement!!

That is unheard of for a penny stock... 95% of these POS companies can't get a loan or raise money privately so they dump stock in exchange for equity to expand the company.. This is HUGEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!
