Doing this totally from memory so I could very well be wrong... RMGX recently. Little busy to look into it myself though. (And no I'm not spamming tickers, I hold no position here or there)
As I said, the other shell is RMGX. Far as I know, they haven't yet "filed" their Share Exchange Agreement with OTCMarkets, but I haven't looked at the board since last week, so something may have changed.
