Does it make EAPH worth a hundred million dollars? We'll need to see some financials in order to determine that, and EAPH's not even TALKING about getting audited anymore. They've apparently forgotten all about that "audit soon" spew they used to put out as if they even had an audit in progress. Wasn't happening, never happened.
We still don't know the details of that vaporizer deal or even if there was one. LOI's happen every day in the pinks, just to pump stock. Sooner or later EAPH's going to have to open its books to its investors, or investors will simply stop buying into the pumps so that the insiders can dilute for profit.
