I think the financials are pretty solid as they had a reported 50k revenue in 2015 and now a reported revenue of 112.5k in 2016. Also, in December they appointed a new CFO by the name of Uri Ben-or that came over from Biondvax Pharmaceuticals. Hope that's relevant for you.
