Nowak - clearly we have a difference of opinion on approach but you get no argument from me that you are free to criticize and state your opinion. I'm just of the school of thought that after you complain the next step is what can you do about it if it troubles you so ? And I will go on record that I am not trying to get anyone to invest here. I wish we could wrap this up for all our sakes and put it behind us asap.
The only thing I feel obliged to point out is those folks on the Equity Committee have committed a ton of their personal time,energy and brain power (arguably more than they bargained for!) and I would say being critical of them when you aren't privy to exactly what is occurring, what the professional qualifications of the 5 members are is pretty callous and unwarranted imho.
That being said you are of course free to question and criticize but I would remind you to keep in mind these folks are investors just like you and I with the EXCEPTION that they are on the front lines trying to get our money back and I imagine if they are reading this its pretty disheartening (which btw do the math on what we would have had in terms of returns if not for the swift action of the EC . I'm fairly certain the balance for common shareholders was hovering around zero once everyone else was paid).
