I've seen guys post stuff like this back at 0.20/share too. I bet they crapped themselves when we hit 0.95 and maintained above 0.50 ever since.

Response:

1) Company being overseas is why they're so far ahead on research and development. Remember, Marijuana has been illegal up until recently in the United States. They're based out of Israel, where their Government welcomes and encourages the research. They have guidelines to follow in order to utilize the biggest hospitals in Israel for research studies. Not like they're operating out of a 3rd world country without experienced, accredited Doctors.

2) Yeah, they're at $0.69 right now. They have a fair share structure compared to other MMJ stocks that have run high without revenue/profit. There's certainly risk in everything, but if you read through the DD -- there's a lot more potential for REWARD here than 99% of "pennystocks". This is also OTC QB vs. OTC Pink Sheets -- so that's an upgrade as well.

3) If the research fails? Thankfully the 8K's have all indicated success so far. Their IRB approval was big and they moved forward to studies at the largest hospital in Israel, where an 8K announced "encouraging results" which lead to increasing the size and scope of the study. Then they add two Advisor Board Members -- one who specializes in FDA approvals and one who has been a Dermatologist for 15+ years. I think that all points to POSITIVE updates coming.

4) Skin Cream is the ONLY product going for them? You must have missed the memo about the Sublingual Soluble Tablet... The product that will be able to treat PTSD, Fibromyalgia, Migraines, etc. What about the Multiple Myeloma product that in early studies/testing has yielded good results so far on mice? Yeah, early stages, but those updates were last year too. Psoriasis isn't a tiny market. AstraZeneca sold off their TROUBLED drug, which was linked to SUICIDE as a side effect, for $445 MILLION... So, when OWCP releases a Natural Cannabis-based product that doesn't make you want to kill yourself... Tell me why that product can't have a value that exceeds $500M -- to be Conservative.

And who is this "expert" and what are his qualifications? Every joker who can cut-and-paste a chart considers himself an "expert."

I don't see a problem with preaching caution, but all I see out of this guy is preaching the standard script for day-trading flippers. All he's doing -- IMHO -- is trying to gin up more flipper volume, which probably helps him line his pockets.

Someone else posted this line of attack the other day, so seems he's found a crap website to post the same crap. Account is 2 days old. LOL. Don't feed the troll with clicks. I've posted the gist of it here:

Many factors point towards a red flag:

1) This company is based overseas, and conducts research overseas, meaning there are very few ways to monitor their progress when it comes to their claims.

2) This is still a pennystock, while some might be tempted to take risks, the slightest mistake by the company will cause investors to lose all their money, rapidly.

3) If the pharmaceutical research fails, the owners could dump their shares knowing they cannot profit further from this venture, causing investors to lose their money.

4) The only product they got going for them is a skin cream, and this has very little impact of the market as it is.

1. Ignorant and frankly Racist. "It's not US, therefore it's bad." Give me a break. Our safety study is taking place at the largest, most respected hospital in the Middle East. Period.

2. Well it's a good thing OWCP has been so careful and strategic in all of it's moves! If this guy had done any DD whatsoever he'd know what we know. Some people are impatient with PPS. I sometimes think OWCP is overly cautious. But at the end of the day, I like a company that is overly cautious versus one that is not cautious enough.

3. OWCP has delivery system technology, consulting expertise, and a vast pipeline with patents protection initiated years ago. Two delivery systems are done and ready to market. 2 on the back burner. Cannabis is Proven. MMJ is Proven.

4. Wrong again. No DD whatsoever. Consulting agreements. Licensing agreements. Psoriasis cream. Other skin creams. Multiple Myeloma in the pipeline. PTSD in the pipeline. Migraines in the pipeline.

OWCP is being very smart and strategic. The revenue from the Q2+ skin creams will be immediately applied to the next phase of clinical trials for Multiple Myeloma, PTSD, Migraines and, now, with Dr. Rosenblat's expertise, perhaps skin cancer.

We have so much to look forward to in 2017, 2018 and beyond!
