In sum, the evidence does not support a finding that the wrongdoing of the Defendant, as an officer of HB, alleged by Plaintiff in the complaint, rises to the degree of culpability necessary to satisfy either the willful requirement or the malicious requirement of Section 523(a)(6), or that Plaintiff was damaged by malicious and intentional acts of the Defendant in the amount of $3,000,000.
That is: Basu had not injured Grewal in the amount of $3 million.
