I couldn't get the link to work either on here, but there is a 13 page letter of rejection from the DEQ. I'm getting scared.

Hello gap434! I was able to copy and paste the rejection letter from the MDEQ for the Wetland Permit submitted by Aquila. It is quite long but it brings up some interesting issues. Makes me more than a little nervous about this project succeeding. I might dump my stocks and invest elsewhere before I lose anything.
