They have NOTHING to offer. They have old tech, commodity life sciences tools that can be bought anywhere. Much better ones from lots of places and equally as good used ones ALL OVER THE PLACE.
Plus nobody can use any ARYC stuff for FDA trials or in treating any patients as in 0ver 20 years, ARYC has never had any of their tools approved by the FDA for such use. Never even tried because they can't compete.....
But yes they could be acquired by somebody wanting to spend $100,000 on something worth NOTHING and having massive IRS exposure, massive civil liability exposure and SEC exposure as well.....
