I have often wondered if Goncalves buys MSB, and if he is considered an inside trader.

Goncalves probably would not be considered an MSB insider. However, if he owned a 5%+ equity stake in MSB he would have to file on Form 13G, just like any other investor.

I doubt that Goncalves owns a material amount of MSB, if any.
