657.8 million shares traded since Feb.01, and ppps fell from .0013 to .0004. I wonder how much the issued and outstanding went up? No recent share count other than from a few years ago, before the company became delinquent.
Could it be a quick max out the authorized, pull a quick reverse split, and start fresh?
