THERE has not been a MERGER between ORRV and McCusker.

THE PAPERWORK has not been FILED.

McCusker should understand that the merger paperwork is necessary.

The only thing that has changed is that Willard's name is on the NV SOS papers and on the OTC site...

NEITHER of those makes a merger, merely a name change for the officers of the company. <yawn>
