It's important to be appropriate for any number of reasons, and the possibility that negative comments could deter others from investing is a reason to write posts that are worth reading. In addition, if we think of each other as co-owners of a company we care about, why trash talk? As an ownership group, down the line, we may have to vote on important issues, and a respectful exchange is better to get clear on questions that have to be addressed.
