More transparency is needed between OTTV management and it's shareholders. That's for sure. Commitments that are followed through by action, not just promises.
I think there are multiple layers to the OTTV technology. One , a user based app for anyone to sign up on. Second, a white label product to sell to commercial customers who can then sell it to their viewers. Not sure.
