Any bets that some of the shareholders who freed up some shares recently pay for a promo? Usually happens with these esp the ones that tank 98% and at their all time low. Would be nice though. Could be one of those 1 day or 2 day pops to .40s if they wanted. Seen it 100 times on ones just like this.
