That's an assumption. I spoke with SEC corporate finance today, 202-551-2000/202-551-6500, they have a review process. It's confidential. But it's worth following up on, now that there is a file to actually discuss, under the new ticker CSHD.

There is also an enforcement officer aware of CSHD, that I spoke with, but I do not have permission to give the number. I'll see if I can change that.

Pro, Con, believe, disbelieve, there is always going to be questions and doubts in a stock, with some of the larger cap stocks you never totally feel 100% safe in your investment, so while these message boards are informative, crazy, frustrating, all at once you still don't get the answers until the company/CEO releases information/10K/Q's etc. so until CEO releases more information through financials or via press releases there will always be speculation one way or the other...so all we can do is speculate and wait for news and thats what i'll be doing as i know that those who bashed previously will be back in a.m. with a different strategy after reading the 8K and finding certain points to bash away at as some others are doing tonight, good luck to us all and just buy the crap out of it.
