You still don't have a rational explanation as to how the development was halted if there is some sort of agreement between the two entities. There is no way a "deep pocketed" partner would have allowed it. THAT is the main reason a "partnership in the works" doesn't add up. If you can find a valid explanation for it, the other coincidences will hold more weight. IF we soon hear that funding is in place without another shelf offering, the question will be answered.
No disagreeing , but the concept is fine, the affect on the actual stock as of today is the difference.
They could have an agreemnent till they are blue in the face and it very well may be true. That in affect still stock holders could get burned and some have.
For instance I would love a partner in a year or now. I would love it more if i bought the stock today and not 3 years ago. I would also love it if I bought after a shelf offering or halts.
