Today the SPX again made an ALL TIME RECORD HIGH at 2351.30

Tomorrow there are no phase changes due. The next phase(s) due is a 60-2 & 60-E-2 due 2/17/17. Before they can be confirmed a 60 min P1 will have to be confirmed. There are currently 15 overdue phases.
