Some of what you say makes sense but I cannot see where a bond can be listed in an 8-K as an assett and only be a a description.
I would think that by now the forensic CPA's of the SEC would have had this stock halted if what your Wall street dude was sure about what he was talking about. If you are going to post factual statements you better be able to back it up with something better than "wall street dude" for me to take as anything other than imagination.
