Ogburn wasn't kidding when he said no reverse split. The fact that he holds 66% of the OS shows that he wouldn't need to reverse split in order to maintain control of the company. He certainly planned the direction of $IBRC way in advance, as the MJ sector is a hot sector to be in especially after the recent election and MJ legalization in some states.
