There are creditors and they will be paid from the 13%, shareholders are not creditors, they are shareholder and when the dealing is done, there will be nothing left for them per KPMG...Should be wrapping up this coming month and there will be nothing, damn sure will not incorporated, there are no officers or people working for VTGDF except KPMG..

VDI owns the website so who would want VTGDF it's dead.
