Amin Yashed - There are 2 levels of short interest. The first is non-MM and is reported twice a month and can be found on the Nasdaq site here:

The second is naked shorting, which the MM's are allowed to do in order to "maintain an orderly market" whatever that really means. A site that can be used to get a sense of what that looks like can be found here: http://nakedshortreport.com/

The naked short report might be more realistic.
