Great news and great decision on the part of the FDA. For those who might not know this play, the so-called 'failed phase III' from last year was not actually a failure as most of HE test sites showed significant results. The company had to undergo an evaluation of the data as it appeared the sites showing poor results had flawed testing methods. Finally the company gets some redemption here.
