Does anyone believe Kalani still owned any shares? The filings have already stated they acted as an underwriter. No filings indicate they have any stock ownership. I believe it is reasonable to think all of the shares have been sold into the market and the float is 36+ million shares. The float being reported is from last November, which was also why the share price was able to reach $100.
Don't trick yourselves into believing there is a small float that will rise meteoricly again.
