I assumed you had annualized. I have posted that I have as well, but would not post the result because it is guess work. If you compare 9 months to full year of other companies (which is what PE is based on, as you know), you are making inexact comparisons. Seasonality is ignored.
What is surprising is that you say PE of 27 is overpriced when DPLO has been in the high 20s for a long time. It is a solid company that has yielded solid returns to its investors. You also know that PE comparisons, along with all other ratios have to be based on industry peer to be meaningful. And you need to account for the stage of development.
