Almost certainly dilution wins, my guess is Apdn will dilute again before end of May, and almost certainly it will be again very toxic and will cause share price to drop another 25-30%, fluff PRs are meaningless, after 8years of fluff PRs nobody is buying them anymore, only tangible financial results will move this stock, the end is near for this company, I say this again, Khan is here to facilitate sale of the company, all current shareholders should pray that Khan is successful, because otherwise you are looking at the drop below $1 before end of 2017 and delisting from Nasdaq

I don't know what's the connection between Dr.H and Khan, maybe they are college friends, maybe neighbors or their wives are best friends, but whatever it is bringing Khan over is the best thing Dr.H has done as the CEO
