Ok...they just announced that they have big time investors interested in investing in the company, why would you sell stock as an ATM... Doesn't make sense... Seems like their track record indicates not selling shares...we will see what 10q comes out... but in my opinion and knowledge of company They did not sell any of their shares... and I will say they don't seem to be overly pre occupied about where the stock is...they are focused getting this to a higher level...to be honest a nickel are dime doesn't mean a thing to these guys...LONG AND STRONG...

To them when it was edging its way out of trips and or doubles or now .025. Would
Of cost me HUGE. This stock is a Marathon not a sprint! Just have to have the
