Why - the HJOE shareholders didn't have a vote - Adamson and Veal controlled a majority of the voting shares - so shareholders had to sit and watch them do whatever they wanted to do and made shareholders like it.
It is amusing that anyone would believe or follow a half-wit like Adamson - his posts were almost unintelligible. But the half-wit controlled the vote.
Hell he screwed up so badly that HJOE was suspended and then revoked - then he tried to file a Form 15 to keep from being revoked but filed for the wrong company.
