They were inactive last year. Now they're active again as of the new year from what I know. I believe we are only waiting for the details on the deals being cut. We should be fine even if a reverse split happens before news hits because, when the news hits of deals being closed. We will be sitting pretty. Don't be too hasty and sell now as it will only lock in a loss.
