Think you may be late to a party that ended some time ago. The best chance for recovery of any $ by common shareholders would likely be to sue the entities/parties that participated in the chicken shi* financing deals and market manipulation that helped take this company to its end. Not to mention the novice management team that allowed it to happen. And not to mention the backroom politics (see takedown of Gov of VA).
