Probably a good idea. I'm just remembering this:

We still had Dressel's experience. We still have Jeff Greenfield and Greenberg Traurig and they do need to be paid/retained so if dilution is what it takes, then sobeit.

I do believe however that Dressel will have a short span of time to make something happen, or things could get ugly and stay ugly.
