Really, at this point one can only say that this Federal Court is close to embarrassing itself and the wider court system. The inability to rule on this case is becoming less and less intelligible

there is a important difference between the prefs and the commons, the prefs will get dividends if the NWS is chanceled, the commons will have to wait until the company is capitalized again.

therefore i prefer prefs :-)
