for the sake of the shareholders here I would hope the person buying is Samson, trying to get their share structure under control, and that they wont be selling again a few ticks later

not sure what "asif is not with the company" means exactly, but he did have 300 million votes with his preferred

maybe samson is buying up the float so they can cancel asifs preferred shares and fully control the company
