I'm never opposed to hoping for the best. I am trying to set my expectations on the low end and hopefully be surprised to the upside. I have done my DD and believe my CMA to be reasonably accurate. We will all know more pretty dang soon. Once they get a peek at the PK/PD data and efficacy numbers, the value could be impacted significantly, either way.
