I can only hope NGBL hits the bottom again like it did last year and I loaded up on the bottom several times for a 2500% Pre- election run last year.
I will not wait to see if it hits bottom again. it's now close enough for me. I'm still using profits from last years runs to re-load, Plus I'm already riding tens of millions of NGBL .0003 shares for Free.
