Suppose it is real, does it really matter? Lee claims AG will have flowers by April. That means the "$100k" of equipment will have to be installed. Floors fixed, licenses gained, permits received clones purchased, another "$100k" of nutrients.....it would be hard enough to bring plants to flower in less than 2 month but to do it with all the other stuff just mentioned, yeah, that's not possible.
As for the $100k worth of equipment, well it sure doesn't look like cultivation equipment. Maybe some hydro beds but the photo sure doesn't look like any lighting arrays or ballasts or soil bags. The flat boxes look more like drywall.
Fianlly why tease these wholly inadequate photos in bits and pieces. This is like Apple releasing a piece of glass and saying the new iPhone uses this or if Ford release some engine bolts as a preview of a new truck.
None of this matters because the grow facility will never happen
