I guess if you squint and turn the page sideways, you can get a "neutral" news out of it.

I don't think you have to turn your head sideways to see it as a non-event. 20% of the pool is top end of the "typical" range but given their were already 5.75M, going up to 6.6125M in the plan, the increase isn't unexpected, especially in light of the recent offering.
