If nothing happens on Feb. 16th or if it turns out differently than what the dockets read (even the one that said there was indeed a settlement), you can bet your butt that people/investors will be pushing for a type of investigation into this.

And do not read this post wrong - I am a long and I have supported JNSH for as long as I have been and it's been nearly a year.
