I did a survey in December on this board after the proxy was issued and fiercely contested by us. About 70 investors responded which represented over 1/3 of current outstanding shares.

Figure in Steve Squires, Posner's (early investor, see filings), and Carson's (2014 investor who added more on open market, see filings) share total, you have another 1/3 of current outstanding shares.

That leaves about 120 million shares of unknown holding. I assume some of those are long investors which means there are likely less than 100 million shares with short term investors. At these daily volumes, you'll see the shorts all lose position to longer investors and the share price sky rocket.

I just hope QMC ignites the booster rocket soon with validation of sales!
