If you are talking about the Information in the S-1/A they keep filing with the SEC it always says it is a prospectus so nothing in it is finalized (at least that is my understanding of the documents being filed).
I only get the 150 million number from the Stockholder's Deficit section of the Balance Sheet from the 3rd Quarter relating to the Common Stock. But of course any dilution wouldn't exist until those shares were actually issued.
