On that note, the EC needs to negotiate these fees down. They're making agreements to pay people at 100% realization, which is not how it typically works.

b4ulsMe - if you are a stockholder of IMSCQ stock then you are represented in the current proceedings by our Equity Committee and Attorneys and will receive compensation if and when that becomes available (there most likely will be a shareholder vote about funds depending on outcome of this case).
