Being that Ken is the lying scum of the earth (the bottom of my shoe has more value than Ken Williams) I think he just keeps preaching on Twitter that he has "majority vote" but can't back it up or else he would be able to do alot in the past year. Funny how he went silent all this time as MobiWeb took over. Now that MobiWeb is getting things done he would rather lash out in an attempt to sabatoge our gains or just talk dirty on twitter like a child. either way that is what you are dealing with when it comes to Ken. Thank God he is gone as his true colors have come out. So all in all I think he has nothing other than the money owed to him for selling the company. Maybe he has a few personal shares (nothing major)
