The SEC already has been questioning Marcus about funneling money around his other privately owned shells...nothing new. Dude is taking all the profits for himself.
This is one of the many reasons why I have a hard time believing management feels any sense of fiduciary duty towards shareholders.
While there could be a valid explanation, we don't know and are left to speculate while we are left in the dark- this is a perfect example of why we should demand communication from the company- the same company that said that they would communicate with its shareholders. How long ago was that now?
