Haha.. RMTD shareholders still hold Patents!!! Read. Verizon will have to pony up to buy our shares!!!

Telogis only bought the assets not the patents!!! They infringed on the patents not compensating the $RMTD Shareholders!!!

In, 2010 Telogis Buys Remote Dynamics
Aliso Viejo-based Telogis, a developer of route planning and fleet management software, said late Thursday evening that it has acquired the assets of Remote Dynamics, a developer of GPS fleet management technology. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Telogis said the acquisition will further its penetration into the industry and into certain verticals. Remote Dynamics' products are used in the construction and heavy lifting industries. Remote Dynamics was based in Plano, Texas.

Compensation for ALL Shareholders of RMTD never happened for the Patents(intangible RMTD Assets)!!! Even though the news says Telogis bought the Assets.
SHADY deal between RMTD and TELOGIS (never a detailed sale of assets revealed to the public nor to All shareholders of RMTD).

One can only believe VERIZON will REVEAL and COMPENSATE to ALL shareholders of RMTD the SHADY( non detailed disclosure ) Sale, between Telogis and RMTD!!!
