Putting all the ramifications of Not Reverse Splitting the Preferred"Z" Shares aside S&P--- what bothers me most is that Money was taken from Subscibers to the Markiplier 4 ZwagBox and also for Full Year Subsciptions and ONLY one month delivered. It appears the rest of the money Received has Disappeared. If Management cannot Fullfill this obligation and repay the Subscibers or somehow produce and send them the other 11 months of ZwagBox---I feel that is a big problem. Some, might go as far as to say it is a White Collar Crime sort of a deal. Benny has to be aware of this and, probably, also the other 5 on the BOD. I feel he has "painted" himself into a corner and has taken us along with him. How he intends to rectify this is impossible for me to comprehend. Unfortunately, to me, it appears that there are no more proverbial rabbits in the hat. I truly hope I can be proven wrong. All the best to you S&P. Tlsmd.
