Totally agree, very possible. SO, would you rather have them close the doors. It will only be a problem whether or not after a reverse split DNRG will need to continue massive diluting. If UJ is up and running and/or if they are awarded the Madagascar contract then massive further dilution may not be necessary going forward.

A Reverse Split is also really not that far fetched as well



But I wouldn't get excited about getting downgraded to pinks.

Remember DNRG just got downgraded to PINK..



The DNRG still is a fully reporting SEC compliant company it down grade was strictly a result of share price.
