I witnessed the Nov rise to 0016 and noticed that only 43 milly volume pushed it from .0003x0004 to .0016,


Grabbed small starter @.0007 and then .0006 and then .0005 and fortunately some .0004s

SMALL development here like website update or filing or PR could quickly spill half a cent
