One more idea. You're going to need a tall cylinder to do a proper model. Only thing I can think of that would be prefab would be a form they use for concrete columns. I think it comes in 10 or 20 foot sections. It's heavy cardboard. It's not going to last forever once it gets wet but it'd be okay for a few days.

Might be expensive though...
