Not quite following what you are saying on the first part of your response, but if I am following you even without L2 if the buyer placed an order for 98k at .0275 with 100K sitting on the ask at .0274 the MM is obligated to fill the order at the best ask price available which would have been .0274. But anyway I think we've beat this horse to death. It's really not that important. What is important is it seems trading volume is picking up along with price. Accumulation has started.
